Victoria Vernarecova

Victoria has more than 17 years of experience in the energy sector in the field of business strategies and the HR sector. At Enel, she has managed group strategic projects and procedures in the field of human resources, HSE and Sustainable development in 40 countries. In Russia, she had also worked on regional development projects. In addition to working at InoBat Auto, she also manages to help out at non-profit organization LEAF.

Victoria graduated from the State University of Humanities and Social Studies, Russian Federation, later on, upgraded her skills in thermal power plants management at Moscow Energy Institute, and gradually enriched her managerial skills through development programs at SDA Bocconi, IESE and HBS.
